Prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT. The price on the product page is the price you pay for that product.
Delivery is added separately and is shown in the basket before you confirm. There are no other charges.
We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but mistakes happen. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price we are not obliged to sell at it — we will contact you and you decide whether to go ahead.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept it and confirm to you.
If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will tell you and either cancel that item or refund you if you have already paid.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. We do not take card payments through this site.
For bank transfer, the order is prepared once the payment has arrived.
Delivery
We deliver across Kosovo. We confirm the delivery time when we accept your order — we do not promise a fixed time before we know what you ordered and where it is going.
Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes delivery.
Custom cases
Cases printed with your photo are made specifically for you. You are responsible for having the right to use the image you upload.
We will not print anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else's copyright, or anything abusive. If we refuse a design we refund you in full.
Because they are made to your order, the usual 14-day right to change your mind does not apply to them — see the returns policy.
Sell or trade in a phone
Any indication we give from the form is a guide, not a binding offer. The final offer is made after we inspect the device in the shop.
You are responsible for the device being yours and not blocked or reported stolen.
Warranty
Every product comes with a warranty and an official invoice.
Separately from that commercial warranty, you have your statutory consumer rights where goods do not conform to the contract. Nothing written here limits them.
Liability
We do not limit our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else the law does not permit to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, and disputes go to the competent Kosovo courts.
