Only what is needed to do the thing you asked for. Nothing else.

• Order: name, phone number, email (if you give one), address, city, postcode and your note. Needed to prepare and deliver the order and issue the invoice.
• Account: name, email, phone and password. The password is stored hashed (bcrypt) — we cannot read it either.
• Sell or trade in a phone: name, phone, email, city, device details and any photos you upload. Needed to value the device and come back with an offer.
• Custom case: the photo you upload and the design generated from it. Needed to print your order.
• Contact form: name, email or phone, subject and the message itself.
• IP address: held briefly as a counter only, to stop forms being submitted by scripts. Not used to identify or track you.

This site carries no tracking of any kind. That is a checkable fact, not a promise.

• No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no other analytics tool.
• We do not follow you across other sites and we do not show advertising.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone.
• We send no marketing email. The site sends no email at all — we contact you about your specific order or request.

Data is held in a managed database run by Turso in a European region, and the site is served by Vercel. Both act as processors for us and do not use your data for their own purposes.

Photos you upload are stored in that same database, not with a third-party service.

• Orders and invoices: as long as tax law requires sales records to be kept.
• Account: until you delete it.
• Trade-in requests and contact messages: until the matter is closed, and a reasonable period after.
• IP counters: deleted automatically within 24 hours.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to it being processed.

Write to info@maka-mobile.com or use the contact form. We reply within 30 days.

If you have an account you can delete it yourself from the account page — deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you think your data has been handled badly, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo.

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you are a parent and believe your child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle data we update this page and the date below, and we flag significant changes on the site.
